We package and ship your order with care. Below are our processing times, methods, delivery estimates, areas we serve, and fees.
Processing time
- 1–2 business days to process your order (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Once a label is created you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Methods, delivery times & fees

Areas we serve
- United States (all 50 states & D.C.). Remote areas may require additional time.
- P.O. Boxes: Supported for Standard service. Expedited service may require a street address.
Order updates & tracking
- Order confirmation and tracking are emailed automatically—check spam/promotions if missing.
- Multi-item orders can ship in separate parcels with unique tracking numbers.
Address changes
- Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately with your order number.
- If a parcel is already in transit, we’ll request an intercept or re-route when possible.
Delivery issues
- Marked delivered but missing: Check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If not found, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
- Damaged items: Email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Taxes & duties
Orders ship domestically within the U.S.; no customs duties apply. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.
