We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items can be refunded under the terms below.
When refunds are issued
- Full refund for eligible returns received in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Partial refund may apply if items show wear, missing packaging/tags, or non-essential parts.
- Our error (defective, damaged on arrival, wrong item): full refund or free replacement—your choice.
Refund method
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Prefer store credit? Request a Veloria Kids gift card instead of a payment reversal.
Timeline to receive funds
- We issue the refund after the return is received and inspected (usually 2–3 business days after carrier scan).
- Your bank/issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Eligibility requirements
- Requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unwashed, odor/pet-hair free, with original tags/packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided.
Exclusions (non-refundable)
- Final-sale items and gift cards.
- Personalized items (unless defective).
- Heavily used, damaged, or unsanitary returns.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping & fees
- Our error: we provide a prepaid label.
- Change of mind/size/color: customer pays return shipping; no restocking fee for eligible items.
How to request a refund
- Email Support@VeloriaKids.Shop with your order # and reason.
- Attach photos for damage/defects (product + packaging).
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with label/instructions.
- Pack securely and ship within 10 days of label issuance.
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank/issuer; posting can take several business days.
- If still missing after 10 business days from our confirmation, contact us and your bank.
