We want you to love your plush. If something isn’t right, our returns and exchanges are simple and friendly.

Return & exchange window

  • 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • No restocking fees for timely returns in original condition.

Item condition rules

  • Unused, unwashed, and free of odors or pet hair.
  • All original tags/labels and packaging included.
  • Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) required.
  • Non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, heavily used or damaged items, personalized products.

Who pays shipping?

  • Our fault (defective, damaged on arrival, wrong item): We cover the return label and replacement shipping.
  • Change of mind/size/color: Customer pays return shipping; we cover the outbound shipping for one exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email Support@VeloriaKids.Shop with your order # and reason (return or exchange).
  2. For defects/damage, attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid label (if eligible) and instructions.
  4. Pack items securely; include any accessories and the packing slip.
  5. Drop off the parcel within 10 days of label issuance.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we scan your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Prefer store credit? Tell us in your request—we’re happy to issue a gift card instead.

Exchanges

  • Fastest method: return for refund, then place a new order.
  • Or request a direct exchange in your email; we’ll reserve the item when available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label when applicable.
