Orders & Processing
When will my order ship?
We process orders in 1–2 business days. Once your label is created, we email your tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—during the 1–2 business-day processing window. After a label is created or the parcel is with the carrier, changes may be limited. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
I entered the wrong address—what now?
Email Support@ValoriaKids.Shop immediately. If it hasn’t shipped we’ll update it; if in transit we’ll request an intercept when possible.
I didn’t receive a confirmation/tracking email.
Check spam/promotions and confirm your email is correct. If you still don’t see it after 24–48 hours, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Free Standard Shipping arrives in 7–14 days after processing. Based on recent orders, typical delivery is about 8 days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We occasionally offer faster options at checkout depending on destination and inventory. If you don’t see an expedited option, reach out and we’ll check what’s possible.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders. Any paid options will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes to many locations. Transit times and any duties/taxes depend on the destination. Import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
1) Check around the address, with neighbors, and building staff. 2) Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark delivered early. 3) If still missing, email us; we’ll help file a trace.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. Start a return via our Returns page or email support for help.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes—if the item is in stock, we can exchange or process a return + new purchase so you get the color/size you want quickly.
My order arrived damaged/incorrect.
We’re on it. Send photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery; we’ll replace or refund according to your preference.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is scanned or received, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank may vary).

What are Valoria Kids plushies made of?
Ultra-soft polyester plush with premium PP-cotton filling. Features are embroidered—no small hard parts.
Are your plushies safe for young children?
Our designs avoid small detachable pieces. For children under 3, we recommend caregiver supervision.
How do I clean my plush?
Spot clean with mild soap and water; air dry only. Avoid washing machines, dryers, and heat to maintain shape and softness.
Will my plush keep its shape?
Yes—our fill and patterning are chosen for long-lasting loft. If your plush looks compressed after shipping, fluff by hand and let it breathe for 24–48 hours.
Do you restock sold-out styles/sizes?
Often! Join email updates on the product page or contact support to ask about ETA.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets via Shopline Payments. All transactions are processed over secure, encrypted connections.
Will I be charged sales tax/duties?
